John David Emery, Jr., 48, of Hanover, WV, passed away on Friday, January 13, 2023. He was born on March 14, 1974 in Corpus Christi, TX a son of the late John David and Shirley Ray Miller Emery. 

He is preceded in death by his parents. 

Survivors include a son Austin Musser of Rockview, a sister Robin Rainwater, and a host of other loving family and friends. 

In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated. 

The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home.
