Eunice Steele Stacy, 77, of Matheny, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley, WV. She was born on March 20, 1945 in Iaeger, WV a daughter of the late Charlie and Cynthia Matney Steele. Eunice loved spending time with her family and loved going to church and serving Jesus. 

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Ralph Stacy, three brothers Charles Kenny, Dean Richard, and Freddie Steele and two sisters Barbara Cricket Rambo and Mildred Jean Estep. 

Survivors include a daughter Debbie Davis and husband Gary of Roderfield, a son Terry Stacy and wife Teresa of Pineville, five brothers Ronnie Steele, Wayne Steele and wife Dorothy, Doug Steele and wife Brenda, Randall Steele and wife Elizabeth, and Brian Steele, five sisters Florence Bryant, Brenda Browning and husband Jessie, Charlotte Justice and husband Carter, Patty Kennedy and husband Archie, and Lynn Kennedy and husband Wendell, her two fur babies Toby and Shelly and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. 

Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, December 13th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Pastor Butch White officiating. She will be laid to rest in Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 11 am until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home.
