Police Equipment Grant Awarded to Town of Pineville

PINEVILLE, W.Va. – On November 28, 2022, West Virginia House of Delegate Tony Paynter presented a check to the Pineville Police Department from the Local Economic Development Assistance Grant of the West Virginia House of Delegates. 

This money is to be used to purchase equipment for the police department.  Accepting this check from Delegate Paynter were:  Chief of Police Zack Helmandollar, Captain Kevin Smith, Pineville Mayor Toby Lane, Council Member Mike Clay, and Recorder Vicki Knight Clay. 

Delegate Paynter also presented a letter from Governor Jim Justice.  Within this letter, Governor Justice thanked the Pineville Police Department for their commitment to doing great work for the State of West Virginia.

The Town of Pineville appreciates the efforts of Delegate Tony Paynter in securing this grant money.
