Bobbie Jo Lawrence, 52, of Oceana, WV, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV. She was born on April 28, 1970 in Welch, WV a daughter of the Faye Belle Hatfield of Oceana and the late Rayvon Lawrence. 

In addition to her father she is preceded in death by a brother Steven Lawrence, a sister Stephanie Lawrence, and her grandparents Janice and Herbert Lawrence and Laura and Milton Hatfield. 

In addition to her mother survivors include a daughter Candace (Justin) Hatfield of Clear Fork, a son Dakota Shawn Davis of Clear Fork, a sister Gina (Shandell) Adkins of Oceana, a brother Stefan “Doe Roller” (Janet) Lawrence of Long Branch, her boyfriend Ronald Barbour of Oceana, three grandchildren Grace Hatfield, Oakley Davis, and Preslynn Davis, and a host of other loving family and friends. 

Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Monday, November 14th at the Long Branch Freewill Baptist Church, Simon, WV with Pastor Lonnie Blankenship officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Milty Morgan Cemetery, Long Branch, WV. Friends may gather with the family after 6 pm on Sunday, November 13th at the church. Pallbearers will be family members.
