Patricia Ann Caudill Adkins, 61, of Beckley, WV, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Appalachian Regional Hospital, Beckley, WV. She was born on August 5, 1961 a daughter of the late Alfred Caudill and Juanita Justice Caudill. 

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Larry James Smith, her siblings Delbert Caudill, Clara Bloomfield, Larry Caudill, Ralph Caudill, and John Caudill. 

Survivors include a daughter Juanita (Johnnie) Houston of Washington, NC, two sons Perry (Trena) Adkins of Oak Hill and Billy (Erin) Adkins of Beckley, three sisters Betty (Michael) Workman of Alabaster, AL, Pauline (Tommy) White of Cyclone, and Ida Miller of Pecks Mill, a brother Bob Caudill, her grandchildren Madison Vance, Abigail, Christopher and Chase Vance, John and James Houston, Madison Kinkaid, Isabella and Londyn Adkins, and Emily Adkins, and a host of other loving family and friends. 

In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated. Special Thanks to Dr. Khanna and staff at Beckley Cancer Center, Dr. Sulleman, Dr. Rahim and the 4th floor nurses of Beckley ARH Hospital.
