Carol Sue Blankenship Adkins, 53, of Cyclone, WV, left this world following a sudden illness on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at her home. Carol was born on April 18, 1969 in Cleveland, OH a daughter of Helen McGarvey of Man, WV and the late Earl McGarvey. Carol was a CNA for over 20 years. She always put others needs and wants before her own. Carol loved working in her flowers and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. 

In addition to her father she is preceded in by a brother in law Mike Justice. 

In addition to her mother survivors include her wonderful husband of 38 years Steve Adkins, Sr., her children Steve (Connie) Adkins, Jr., Jessica (Chad) Adkins Bailey, three sisters Shelia Rakes, Sandy Adkins, and Melissa Burns, a brother in law that she loved like a brother Johnny Adkins, Jr., three sisters in law whom she loved like sisters Drema (Tommy) Dickens, Donna (Lucas) Blankenship, and Lisa Justice, three grandchildren Curkland Bailey, Alex Adkins, and Madelene Adkins, a niece Ashley Adkins, Sara McGarvey and April McGarvey, five nephews Craig Dickens, Chase Justice, Ronnie McGarvey, Matt Burns, and Jacob McGarvey, and a host of other loving family and friends. 

In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated.
