Brandon Scott Morgan, 30, of Simon, WV, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022 at his home. He was born on June 26, 1992 in High Point, NC, a son of Humphrey Lee Morgan and Regina Blankenship. 

He is preceded in death by his brother, Humphrey “Punk” Morgan, grandparents, Burley Morgan, Virgie Morgan, Denver “Buck” Kenneda, and Linda Blankenship, and two aunts, Deanna Kenneda and Tammy Morgan. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Regina (Bobby) Blankenship of Simon, his father, Humphrey Lee (Hope Barwick) Morgan of Denton, NC, his companion of eight years, Dana Morgan, his children, Kaitlyn, Austin, and Blaysen, five siblings, Tyler (Alissa) Barnes, Kiersten (Jermiah) Bailey, and Alexandrea Barnes all of Asheboro, NC, Bobby Blankenship, Jr. of Hanover, and Hunter Blankenship of Simon, grandparents, Sandra (Jerome) Brown of Simon, Dovie Kenneda of Lynco, Special Memaw Beatrice Smith of Gilbert, and Jay (Bridgette) Blankenship of Simon, nieces and nephews, Cody Bailey of Asheboro, Braylen and Jayleann Blankenship of Hanover, and Brynlee Blankenship of Simon, and a host of other loving family and friends. 

Funeral Service will be held 1:00pm, Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Apostolic House of Faith, Simon, WV with Rev. Lonnie Blankenship officiating. He will be laid to rest in Kennedy Cemetery, Simon, WV. Friends may gather with the family Thursday and Friday after 6 at the church. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
