Dolly Delena O’Neal, 92, of New Richmond, WV, formerly of Dagsboro, DE, peacefully fell asleep in death on June 10, 2022 at her home. She was born on May 4, 1930 in Bud, WV a daughter of the late Robert and Laura Burks. 

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul O’Neal, and three sons, Raybourne O’Neal, Daniel O’Neal, and Billy O’Neal. 

Survivors include her two sons, Donald O’Neal and wife Evie and Robert O’Neal, two daughters, Beverly Lester and husband Homer, and Peggy Oren and husband David, seven siblings, Richard Burks, Bill Burks, Leona Sizemore, Connie Walker, Alma Snyder, Everett Burks, and Patty Hatcher, eleven grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren. Her final years were marked by a cheerful disposition and sense of humor that were enjoyed by all who knew her. She had a twinkle in her eye- and on her lips- constantly. 

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Hospice of Southern West Virginia whose services were greatly appreciated.
