Jobie Rooks Walton, Jr, 64, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at his home. He was born on September 5, 1957 in Madison, WV a son of the late Jobie Rooks and Nina June Price Walton. 

He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two sisters Pamela Walton of Martins Ferry, OH and Julia Walton of Wharton, a brother Howard Walton of Wharton, an aunt Doris Lane of Barrett, and a host of other loving family and friends. 

Graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm on Monday, May 2, 2022 at the O A Estep Memorial Cemetery, Peytona, WV with Rev. Clay Pincher officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. 

The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home.
