SUMMER LYNN RONINETTE

Summer Lynn Robinette, 20, of Welch, WV, was called home on Friday, April 8, 2022. Summer was 23 weeks pregnant with her baby boy Lane Kaprice. She was born on July 28, 2001 in Lincolnton, NC. Summer was a 2019 graduate of River View High School. 

She is preceded in death by her grandfathers Charles “Shag” Robinette and Dennis “Rocky” Justice, an uncle Michael Bailey, and her great grandparents Thomas and Bertha Addair and Alfred and Flossie Robinette. 

She leaves behind her three year old son Mason Andrew Andrigo, her parents Dennis and Djuna Justice of Panther, two sisters Savannah Robinette and (Jamie) and Alyshia Justice and (Kevin), two brothers Skyler Robinette and Timothy Justice and (Amber), nephews Aiden Justice, Kaysen Groves and Lincoln Mullins, her half siblings Anastasia Haylynn, and Johnathon Robinette and Brandon Green, her biological parents C. T. Robinette and Becky Mabe, grandmothers Diane Thornsbury, Debbie Dix and Sue Justice, aunt Tammie Bailey, her special nephews Skyler and Tallon Amdrigo and Trenton Martin, and a host of other loving family and friends. The family would like to recognize “her second mom” Sarah Andrigo and (Josh). They wish to thank Sarah Brianna Andrigo Martin and (Dalton) Phyllis and Jack Deskins, Mary and Maw Sandy for everything you have done for Summer and Mason, for allowing them to come into your hearts and homes. We are forever grateful. We as the family would like for you to remember Summer for the beautiful warrior she truly was, not for the victim in a horrible senseless crime. Her soul was beautiful and kind. She never met a stranger. She fought many battles and struggles on her path, but she never stopped fighting for those she loved and her son. Please continue to pray for her family, the world has truly suffered a loss and will never be the same. 

Funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, April 16th at the Panther Missionary Baptist Church, Panther, WV with Bro. Terry Goodman officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Rocky Justice Memorial Cemetery, Mud Fork, WV. Friends may gather with the family after 6 pm on Friday, April 15th at the church. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
