EUGENE PAUL “MOUSIE” OSBORNE 

Eugene Paul “Mousie” Osborne, 63, of Cyclone, WV, passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born on January 21, 1959 in Cyclone, WV a son of the late James Acie and Betty Loy Bailey. He was a member of the Road Angels. He loved his family so much, they meant the world to him. He loved to make jokes and make you laugh, loved to cook, work on old vehicles and guns. He would trade all of the time and loved going to flea markets. He had many wonderful friends that he loved so much and would do anything for anyone. He loved spending time with his grandson Leelan, he was “PawPaw Genie”. 

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a grandson Liam Jace Story a sister Linda Pearl Ritchie a brother Timothy Osborne his grandfather Elic Bailey and aunts and uncles. 

Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years Geneva “Janie” Samson Osborne two daughters Kellie Osborne of Oceana and Whitney (Mark) Cook of Stephenson a sister Staci (Charles) Saltz of Harrisville two brothers Larry Osborne of Cyclone and James Osborne of Harrisville a grandson Leelan Kennedy of Pineville an aunt Lessie (Morgan) Brooks of Nortan, VA and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. 

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, March 22nd in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Randy Lusk officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 12pm until time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. 

The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home.
