Darrell Allen Bostic, 81, of Oceana, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at his home. He was born on October 8, 1940 in Montgomery, WV a son of the late Arthur Lee and Sylvia Ellen Satterfield Bostic. Darrell is a member of the Delilah Methodist Church and the Masons. He is a member of the UMWA, working in the coal mines for 36 years, and a foreman at Kopperston #2 Mine. 

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers Robert, Danny and Eddie Bostic and a sister Carol Marsh 

Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years Jannia Lee Bostic two daughters Delinda (Al) Phillip of Narrows, VA, and Marci (Timmy) Rollins of Oceana a son Darren Bostic of Oak Hill a sister June Vie of OH five grandchildren Brandon Phillips, Jared Phillips, Allie Phillips, Tashawna (Matt) Sorrell, and Tarrin (Luke) Layne three great granchildren Delaney Phillips, Everly Sorrell, and Blake Layne and a host of other loving family and friends.

Graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, November 1st at the Palm Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Matheny, WV with Pastor Ron Acord officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 1:30 pm until time of service on Monday at the Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
