Cynthia Bailey 65 of Matheny passed away on Monday April 12, 2021. 

Born May 1, 1955 in Welch, she was the daughter of the late Cressell and Vera Toler Bailey. 

Cynthia loved to read, enjoyed writing poetry, painting, working on crafts and taking care of her animals. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her son Caleb Bailey and his fiance’ Kaitlin Frey. Her furbabies: her cat Clyde, and her dogs: Cody, and Shadow. 

And a host of extended family and many friends. 

In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
