Kathleen Josephine Tilley, 62, of Cyclone, WV passed away on Wednesday March 10, 2021 at her home. She was born on January 25, 1959 in Cyclone, WV a daughter of the late Exel Terry and Pearl Workman Lusk.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband Richard Paynter; her second husband Robert Tilley; a sister Kathy Sams; a daughter Anna Paynter; a sister-in-law Patsy Lusk; and a brother-in-law Frosty Sams.
Survivors include her two sons Richard Lane (Karina) Paynter of Lynco, and Benjamin Marvin (Kaitlin) Paynter of Oceana; two sisters Anna Lusk of Kegley, and Margie Boothe of Cyclone; two brothers Mickey Lusk and Rodney Lusk both of Cyclone; four grandchildren Jaiden Cline, Karsyn Paynter, Kinley Paynter, and Greyson Paynter; and a host of other loving family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday March 14th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Scottie Lusk officiating. She will be laid to rest in Brown Cemetery, Cyclone, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 12 pm until time of service  Pallbearers will be family and friends.
