Billy Ray Graham, 38, of Mullens, WV passed away on Thursday November 19, 2020 at Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital, Beckley, WV. He was born on December 6, 1981 in Man, WV the son of Gevondelon Lee George Graham of Mullens, WV and the late Jimmy Dale Graham.
He was also proceeded in death by his grandparents Jimmy and Beatrice George and Tilden and Nancy Graham; uncle Robert George; and cousin Jeremy Smith.  
Those left to cherish his memory in addition to his mother are his sister Courtney Hassan of Beckley; two nieces Sophia Lester and Xeriya Hassan; companion Linda Mullen; aunt Lienece Combs of Glen Rogers; cousin Clarence Miller of Matheny; uncle James George of Mullens; cousins Nathaniel Combs, Willie and Kim Smith, William Smith, Emily Miller, Adam George, Sandra Hines, Joy Terry, Johnny (Beverly) Combs, and James Combs; and a host of other loving family and friends.  
Funeral service will be held at 6 pm Saturday November 28th in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV, with Rev. Earnest Francis, III officiating.  Friends may gather with the family from 5 pm until time of service on Saturday at the funeral home. In keeping with wishes he will be cremated following the service.
