Kenneth Edward “Kenny” Cook, 63, of Lynco, WV passed away on Saturday October 31, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. He was born on January 17, 1957 in Pineville, WV a son of the late Tennis Fred and Gladys Jackson Cook. Kenny was an avid WVU, Marshall and LA Lakers fan. He loved his Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity brothers, and playing golf.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Ted Cook; a sister Margorie Brining and two infant sisters.
Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years Rhonda Trull – Cook; a daughter Kayce Cook of Lynco; two sisters Vickie (Larry) Dancy and Sue (Bob) Breeding both of Baileysville; two brothers James “J. B.” (Phyllis) Cook of Elk Lick and Jody (Kim) Cook of Pineville; a brother-in-law Paul Brining of Fort Myers, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends. Special thanks to the ER departments of Raleigh General and Ruby Memorial Hospitals, along with 5th floor medical ICU at Ruby Memorial.
In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated. A celebration of Kenny’s life will be held in late spring or early summer. Due to Covid 19 the family asks friends and family to send stories or photos of Kenny through our online condolences at [email protected].
