Herbert Lewis Ingram, 89, of Racine, WI, formerly of Oceana, WV went home to be with the Lord on Thursday June 4, 2020 in Burlington, WI. He was born on January 15, 1931 in Clintwood, VA a son of the late Corbin and Cozy Clark Ingram. Herbert is a United States Korean Army Veteran and he worked at Virginia Concrete for over 40 years.  
He is preceded in death by his loving wife Clara Mae Ingram; four brothers Andy, Earl, Carl and Junior; and a sister Cora.
Survivors include a daughter Michelle (J. D.) Tobler; a brother Paul (Othell) Ingram; four grandchildren Zachary, Amanda, James and Tea; a sister-in-law Vivian Bailey; and a host of other loving family and friends.
Graveside service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday August 11th at Palm Memorial Gardens, Matheny, WV. Due to the Covid 19 epidemic he was cremated and will be laid to rest beside his loving wife. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.
