PINEVILLE, W.Va. – It is with great sadness that Wyoming County has its first Covid-19 related death, said Health Department officials Sunday evening, July 26th, 2020.

“We also have confirmed another case of COVID-19. If you are a contact to a positive COVID-19 the health department will be in contact with you. Please continue to follow the guidelines for wearing a mask, social distancing and hand washing. If you have birthday parties, weddings, funerals etc., where many people are gathered please social distance, and wear your mask,” said Wyoming County Health Department in a social media release.

Please follow the guidelines for self quarantine. If you are a known close contact to a person with COVID-19 please self quarantine and contact the health department if you have not already been contacted.
