Charles Conley “Connie” Bailey, 65, of Hinton, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Monday June 29, 2020 at McDowell Nursing and Rehab, Gary, WV. He was born on January 13, 1955 in Welch, WV a son of  Shelby Mitchell Bailey of Hinton and the late James Edward Bailey.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by a two nephews Eddie Lee Wills and Michael Meadows; a niece Yolanda Meadows. 
Survivors include two sons Erik Bailey and Daniel Bailey both of NC; a step daughter Theresa Kuhn of NC; two sisters Lisa Wills and Debbie Meadows both of Hinton; a brother Terry Ray Mitchell of Shannon Mill Creek; two grandchildren Erika and Kali; and a host of other loving family and friends. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated.  
The Family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.
