The Robert C. Byrd Institute (RCBI) at Marshall University and Engaged Prospect, a leader in sales consulting, will host free webinars July 16 and 23 to share ways entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses can develop and deploy effective sales strategies that get results.

“You may offer a superior product or service, but you can’t effectively leverage such an advantage if you don’t have a focused sales strategy,” said Tyler Brandstetter, RCBI’s entrepreneur services coordinator. “Our webinars will highlight the tools you need to get results.”

The “Ready, Set, Sell!” series will teach participants how to decide on a sales plan, use the latest technology to execute that plan and grow sales with the right outreach team – or no team at all.

The July 16 webinar, “Getting Ready for Sales,” will explain how to choose the best sales model, identify the required technologies and determine the best go-to-market strategy. “Scaling Sales” on July 23 will explain how to add fuel to the fire, identify the next-level technologies, and build a capable and effective sales team.
