Geneviave I. McKee passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Wyoming Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in New Richmond following a long illness.

Born April 4, 1939 in Indian Creek, WV, she was the daughter of the late Frank Jarrells and Goldie Lester Jarrells.

Geneviave enjoyed cross stitching, sewing, reading and traveling. She was a member of Matheny Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger McKee; a son, Roger McKee, Jr.; and a brother, Willard Jarrells.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Rhonda Sims and her husband, Tod of Oceana; a brother, Henry Jarrells of WA; four sisters, Pearl Nichols of IL, Brenda Holloway of OR, Dixie Owen of TX and Virginia Williams of WA; a daughter-in-law, Teresa McKee; two grandchildren, Kara Hornbeck and husband, Caleb of ID and Darla McKee AZ; and a great-grandchild, Noah Michael Allen Hornbeck.

In keeping with her wishes, Geneviave will be cremated. Private services will be held at a later date.
