ETTA SUE JENNINGS

Etta Sue Jennings, 91, of Mullens, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Bowers Hospice House, Beckley.

Born October 26, 1928 at Maben, she was the daughter of the late Enoch and Minnie (Dunivant) Sizemore.

Etta was a homemaker. She was a founding member of the Charity Baptist Church and attended the Solid Rock Worship Center and the Mullens Pentecostal Holiness Church. In her leisure she enjoyed quilting.

In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, William Wylie Jennings; one daughter, Diana Correa; daughter-in-law, Phyllis Jennings; three sisters, Dorothy, Idella, and Hester; and three brothers, Clyde, Paul, and Chester.

Those left to cherish her memory include her three sons, David Jennings of Princeton, Jaden Jennings and his wife, Glenna of Wyco, and Scott Jennings of Mullens; ten grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one sister, Hallie Acord of Mentor, OH; one brother, William Sizemore of Madison, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be 12 Noon, Friday, June 19, 2020 at Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel, Mullens. Entombment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Beckley.

Friends may call one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
