Jose Austin “Josey” Pineda, 23 of Huntington, got his wings and went to be with his Lord on May 15, 2020. 

Born December 5, 1996 in Elkin North Carolina. He was the son of Brenda Hager and Jose Pineda.

He was preceded in death by his Grandfather Richard McMillion and his Uncles Richard “Dick” McMillion, Michael “Peck” Compton. and Wendell Tolliver, and his Great Grandmother Jean Pettry. 

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother Brenda Hager and her husband James of Ohio, his brother Steven Tyler  McMillion of Huntington, His grandmother Elizabeth Mae McMillion and companion Rocky Wesley of Pineville, two Aunts Sabrina Compton and her companion David Thompson of Glen Morgan, and Amanda McMillion and her companion D.B. Haynes of Elkin NC, and a host of cousins, great Aunts and Uncles, and countless extended family and friends. 

A visitation will be held on Tuesday May 26, 2020 from Noon until 1pm at Evans Calfee Funeral Service in Pineville. Following the visitation there will be a graveside service at the McMillion family Cemetery in Glen Fork with Pastor Scottie Cline officiating.
