COVID-19 did not stop patriotic students from Mount View High School and Pineville Elementary School from assisting The American Legion Post 8 Welch WV from honoring veterans this Memorial Day. Breeanna Morrison, Chloe Wilson, and Haylee Wagner planted 336 American Flags next to veteran memorial markers at Iaeger Memorial Cemetary in Roderfield, WV. Jimmy Hampton, Past Commander of Post 8, donated the flags and Post 8 Commander David Rudolph supervised the operation.
