A silent auction will be part of the activities this weekend at the Hallowee Costume Party fund raiser for the Wyoming County Community Fund.

To place a bid, email christylaxton@wyomingcounty.com with which item you are interested in, your bid, and your name by 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 13. Your name will be written down with your bid on the Silent Auction sheet before the event begins. If you should have the highest bid on an item, you will be notified on Monday, October 15.

The Halloween Costume Party will be held this Saturday at 7 p.m. at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College.

Tickets are $10 per person, $15 per couple and $75 for a book of 10. Tickets can be purchased at the EDA Office in Pineville or at the door.
