FLORIDA — Fairy Jane Cook, 90, formerly of Cyclone, departed this life Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Born July 22, 1922, in Logan County, she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Mary Daniels Ramsey. A celebration of Mrs. Cook’s life was held 1 p.m. Monday, September 17, 2012, at Adam Toler Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jackie Lusk officiating. Services entrusted to Adam Toler Memorial Funeral Home, Oceana, WV.

Teddy H. Hanshaw

BRENTON — Teddy H. Hanshaw, 77, of Brenton, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2012, at Welch Community Hospital. Born October 30, 1934 in Baileysville, he was the son of the late Richard and Elizabeth Toler Hanshaw. Funeral services was held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2012, at the Sunhill Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Nub Blankenship and Rev. Alan Blankenship officiating. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco.

GLEN FORK — Mrs. Betty Ann Hash, 82, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012, at Raleigh General Hospital. Born December 7, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Cora Francis. A celebration of Betty’s lifewas held 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at Evans Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Sam Francis and the Rev. Nathan Vance officiating.
