Two people were arrested on entering without breaking charges after allegedly invading a Turkey Dip home last Sunday afternoon.

Wyoming County Sheriff Randall Aliff said that Michael Paul Lafferty, 31, of Matheny and Diana Newsome, 30, of Oceana went into a house occupied by two juveniles, who hid in the bathroom and phoned 911.

The incident occurred at 3 p.m.

Both Lafferty and Newsome are charged with entering without breaking, and Newsome was also cited for possession without a prescription, according to Aliff.

Aliff, Chief Deputy C.S. Parker, Dept. Eric McKinney, Dept. Kenny Wallen and Trooper M.S. Godfrey of the West Virginia State Police made the arrests.

Lafferty and Newsome are in Southern Regional Jail.
