The Westside Cross Country Invitational will be held Saturday at WHS.Middle school, elementary school and high school boys and girls will take part in the event.Middle school girls run at 10 a.m. and middle school boys start at 10:30.Elemntary school fun run for both boys and girls begins at 11 a.m.High school girls start at 11:45, and high school boys begin at 12:30 p.m.Team trophies and individual medals will be presented.

A Fanrock man who allegedly threatened two police officers with a machete has been arrested.According to Sgt.
