Fifty-three people have been indicted by a Wyoming County Grand Jury, including a couple charged with 68 counts of child abuse, according to Prosecuting Attorney Rick Staton.
Jonathan Lee Cook of Fanrock and Heather N. Williams of Pinevilel are each charged with child abuse involving three children in their custody and control.
Also indicted were four people allegedly involved in interstate drug operations: Thomas W. Dyer of Ohio, Fredrick Lee Lumbo of New Richmond, Bradley Keith McKinney of Pineville and James Craft Vance of New Richmond.
Those indicted were:
Anthony Woolum, Sr., Ikes Fork, conspiracy to commit a felony; Deon Nicole Toler, Pineville, DUI causing death/negligent homicide; Mark Richard Hallett, Jr., Pineville, transferring stolen property.
David McKinley Hess, II, Stephenson, uttering counterfeit U.S. currency; Okey Todd Morgan, Fort Gay, grand larceny; Jamie Lynn Lester, Pineville, attempted burglary (four counts) and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, brandishing and destruction.
Richard Freeman Lusk, Cyclone, daytime burglary; Harold Dean Hawks, Brenton, acquisition of controlled substance by misrepresentation; Brandy Chapman, Man, insurance fraud and obtaining money by false pretense.
Christopher L. York, Oceana, failure to register as a sexual predator or failure to provide proper information; Samuel R. Brooks, Simon, third offense DUI and second offense driving revoked; John Robert Mullins, Matoaka, nighttime burglary.

Heather Nicole Rose, Oceana, possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver (two counts); Scotty Lee Sizemore, Ravencliff, destruction of property; Timothy Ray Lucas, Mullens, destruction of property; Everett Eugene Harper, Clear Fork, sexual abuse by parent, guardian or custodian, sexual abuse in first degree and indecent exposure.
Coby Lee Toler, Cyclone, sexual abuse by parent, guardian or custodian (three counts), sexual abuse in first degree (three counts); Hippolito A. Vargas, Bud, felony conspiracy; Jason Ardelle Morgan, Brenton, grand larceny.
Roy Lee Smith, Kopperston, breaking and entering.
Michael Cline, Pineville, embezzlement; Johnathon Lee Paynter, Oceana, transferring stolen property; Brian Scott Daniels, Ravencliff, daytime burglary and grand larceny.
James Robert Lewis, Jr., Oceana, failure to register as sexual predator or to provide proper information; Floyd Mack Bennett, Jr., Matoaka, maliciosu assault (two counts), battery domestic; Jessie Dewayne Tolliver, Pineville, first degree sexual abuse and sexual abuse in third degree.
Michelle Yvonne Toler, Oceana, fraudulently obtaining services by false pretenses; Jamie Lee Watts, Cyclone, prescription forgery and possession of controlled substance; Johnanthan Lee Paynter, Cyclone, transferring stolen property.
Michael Keith Hawks, Pineville, DUI third offense; Thomas W. Dyer, Bloomingburg, Ohio, delivery of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of controlled substance with intent to delivery (three counts), transporting controlled substance into state (three counts) and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Bradley Keith McKinney, Pineville, delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a felony; James Craft Vance, New Richmond, conpiracy to commit a felony.
Fredrick Lee Lumbo, New Richmond, delivery of a controlled substance (13 counts) and conspiracy to commit a felony; Stanley Ray Tabor, Glen Rogers, delivery of controlled substance (two counts).

Robert Wayne Blanknenship, Talcott, delivery of a controlled substance, four counts; Thomas W. Dyers, Jr., Bloomingburg, Ohio, transferring stolen property.
Alicia Lynn Tilley, McGraws, aggravated robbery.
Dennis Lane, Brenton, aggravated robbery; Eugene Lane, Brenton, aggravated robbery; Inosa Darceus, Wavhula, Fla., delivery of controlled substance (three counts) and fleeing from an officer.
Pursuant to Rule 3.6(b)(6) of the West Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct governing attorneys, the fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime, is merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
