Chili Night in Mullens has been rescheduled for Sept. 20.
Orginally planned for Tuesday, the date was moved because rain is being forecast for that evening, according to Wanda Blankenship, president of the Mullens Area Chamber of Commerce. There is no place available to hold the event indoors.
“If you would like to be a Chili vendor please join us,” Blankenship stated. “We have 21 vendors that are planning to participate in Chili Night. There is no charge to be a chili vendor.”
Participating vendors are asked to bring extension cords and a surge bar to hook up to electricity.
Tickets for this event will be $5.00 per person.
