Their trip to the final were vastly different.
Host Wyoming East kept its game with SC close most of the night before falling, 70-57, in the first game.
The Lady Warriors trailed by just 59-54 after Taleah Bailey drove inside for a bucket with 3:01 to play.
Summers (19-2) sealed the game at the foul line, sinking 9 of 10 attempts in the final two minutes.
“Foul shooting was the difference in the game,” said East coach Angie Boninsegna.
SC was 24-28 at the stripe, while East shot 15-29.
Whittney Justice scored 28 points, including 14-15 at the line, to pace the winners.

East finsishes the season at 12-9.
Westside (16-3) bombed Liberty, 97-22, in the late game
The Lady Renegades scored early and often on the way to a 61-15 halftime lead.
“I told the girls there won’t be any more games like this,” commented WHS coach Jamie Lusk. “But even tonight, I thought we played great defense, rebounded and passed the ball well.”
Hope Lester had 19 for the Renegades. Megan Endicott scored 13. Danielle Brown and Kenzie Endicott added 10 each.
Westside and Summers County split their regular season meetings with each winning at home.
