Wyoming East scored twice in the game’s final 5:44 to nip River View, 14-12, on Friday night at Bradshaw.
Aaron Griffith threw a 14-yard touchdown pass to Christian Hedinger with 1:03 to play to lift the AA No. 8 Warriors over the No. 12 Raiders.
The Warriors (5-1) sputtered on offense most of the night but got a golden opportunity when the defense stuffed the Raiders on a fourth and one inside the River View 20.
Summe had two carries to give East a first down.
On third and goal from the one, Coty Bishop took it in for six. Tristan Jones kicked the extra point, and it was 12-7 with 5:44 to go.

Jacob Dulcie had a nice return to the Raiders 45.
Runs by Summe and Brian Whitt moved the ball to the 34.
Bishop had a 20-yard run to the 14.
After the next play was stopped for no gain, the Warriors called a time out.
Griffith then connected with Hedinger for the go-ahead TD. Jones made the PAT, and it was 14-12.
River View (3-2) was forced to turn the ball over on downs, and East ran out the final 26 seconds.
The Raiders controlled the line of scrimmage for most of the first three quarter. East’s defense kept the Warriors within striking distance.
The Raiders drove inside the East 5 in the first quarter, aided by a 31-yard run from Jordan Wilson.
WEHS stopped River View on fourth and one.
When the Raiders got the ball back, they started near midfield and quickly moved into scoring position.
Blankenship hit Tyree Baker with a 23-yard TD pass on fourth and nine. The conversion attempt failed.
The Raiders launched another threat late in the half, but stopped on fourth and short at the East 11.
It remained 6-0 until early in the fourth, when the Raiders drove 61 yards for their second score of the night.
Wilson ran it in from nine yards out on first and goal to make it 12-0.
That set up the dramatic finish.
