A Bartley woman was in Wyoming County Magistrate Court last Wedneday for a preliminary hearing.

Sebrina Regina Rowe, 27, faces a charge of concealing stolen property, according to the Wyoming County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Rowe appeared before Magistrate Kim Farmer and waived her right to a preliminary hearing. The Prosecutor’s Office said she had been unable to make bail and remains incarcerated in the Southern Regional Jail.

Senior Trooper D.G. Pierson of the West Virginia State Police is investigating the case. Chief Deputy Prosecutor Sante Boninsegna, Jr., is handling the prosecution.

All persons are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
